The second smallest wedding I photographed this year had just 12 guests, including the bride & groom. Rebecca and Alan opted for an uncomplicated stylish summer wedding, shared only with their closest family. They focused on the details they really cared about: A backless dress, a vintage chaise longue, three wedding cakes (yes, three!) and simple intimacy.

My photographs of their day contain fewer moments and a greater emphasis on portraits and details. When rain, supper and wine stopped play, we broke the session and I invited Rebecca, Alan and the chaise to join me after their honeymoon for some more portraits at Campbell Park in their hometown Milton Keynes.
